Cenote diving – what you should know.

The water stays at a pleasant 24-25°C (75-77°F), making a 3mm wetsuit ideal for most divers. However, if you tend to feel the cold, we recommend opting for a 5mm suit for extra comfort.

Don’t worry if your companions don’t dive! They can join the adventure and enjoy a guided snorkeling tour for 90 USD or swim independently for 60 USD, depending on the cenote.


For photography enthusiasts, cenote diving in Playa del Carmen offers the perfect settings to capture stunning underwater shots. We offer private tours specially designed for this activity.

Important: Please note that some cenotes apply fees for the use of photo/video cameras, mainly for medium/large cameras (excluding GoPro or similar).
