Beginners course (Discover scuba diving)

8 am to 3 pm. Price 135 USD

Discover Scuba diving program was designed for people who have never dived before. It is a half-day experience where you will learn the basics to enjoy two dives on the reef:

• Short theory session where you will learn the concepts you should know
• Practices in shallow water where we will teach you the basic skills so you can do the diving safely
• Two dives in reefs of 25-30 ft deep, ideal for beginners and always accompanied by your diving instructor. You will fall in love with this sport!

What’s included

3 full days. 390 USD

Your Open Water diver qualification will allow you to dive independently up to 60 feet deep. Training lasts 3 days and consists of the following parts:

1. We send you the didactic material (PDF and app available) so that you can study before your trip. This way you will not spend your holidays studying and we will focus more on your inwater skills. Upon arrival we review the theory so you can finish it with the exam.
2. You practice in shallow water, where your instructor will teach you all the skills you need to master.
3. You make 4 dives in reefs of Playa del Carmen, where you will demonstrate what you have learned in theory and practices and gain experience that makes you feel more comfortable every day.
